Brief Introduction | Rotary dryer is widely used to dry materials in industries like cement, mine, construction, chemical, food, compound fertilizer, etc. Thermocouples are installed in feeding and discharging units to control temperature. Temperature change of the dryer also can be indicated by the thermometer, which is convenient for temperature control inside the dryer ( it is usually 250-350ºC). |

Characteristics of Technical Structure:
1.The full strength of the TengYida Rotary Dryer has strong capacity of againsting overload, capacity of dealing with large amount of processing, less fuel consumption and low drying cost;2.By using the co-current drying method, the flue gas and wet materials from the same side get into the dryer, it uses high-temperature flue gas to obtain a high evaporation intensity, drying machine outlet temperature is low, high thermal efficiency;3. The operating parameters can be changed according to the nature of different materials, so that the material can form a stable full-cut fabric curtain in the dryer cylinder body, and the heat exchange of the quality is more complete;4.The new feeding and discharging device eliminates the blockage, discontinuity, non-uniformity, and material return of the tumble dryer and reduced the load on the dust removal system.5.The new internal structure strengthens the cleaning and heat conduction of the dispersed material, eliminates the sticking phenomenon of the inner wall of the cylinder, and has stronger adaptability to moisture and viscosity of the material;6.The new sludge drying equipment achieved a "zero horizontal thrust", greatly reducing the wear of the retaining wheel, the cylinder running smooth and reliable;7.Dryer adopts "aligning roller device" made the contact between the roller and the roller always be in linear contact, thus greatly reducing wear and power loss; 8.By using the unique bulk sludge delay drying technology to ensure the uniformity of the slime drying.Technical Parameters

Point 1- Steel Plate Selection
Chemical analysis was carried out on the material inspection, according to the requirements of GB700-2006, dryer drum thickness < = 20 mm we use Q245 - A, > 20 mm we use Q245 - B; According to the GB/T 2970-2004 class ii, the range of 60 mm weld edge every board before cutting for ultrasonic flaw detection.
Point 2-Dryer Drum Welding
The dryer cylinder section for toroidal welding, longitudinal along the entire circumference of not more than two weld article number, and shell welds shall be full, the minimum is not lower than the parent metal surface, the top should not be higher than 3 mm, feed plate weld should be smooth.Weld edge bite depth should not be greater than 0.5 mm, continuous length should not be greater than 100 mm, should not exceed the total length of each weld bite edge which 10% of the weld length.
Point 3-Inspection Examination all the parts according to the drawing after processing completion. Spraying primer, rust preventing paint, and heat resistance paint. |
